Kya Krause

Biography

Kya ya Krause is originally from Southwest Missouri. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Crowder College, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She began her nursing career as a registered nurse in 2014 and has experience in dialysis nursing, acute care, nursing leadership, and providing compassionate, supportive care to patients and their families through advanced illness. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

She is licensed to diagnose, examine, and treat patients under the direction of Drs. Scott Biedermann, Jessie George, Samitha Reddy, John Hartono, and Alice Hsu.

Kya is an active member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, and National Kidney Foundation.

Outside of work, Kya enjoys watching Formula 1 racing, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children
